Alhaji Shuaibu Idris,mni,FIoD
Born in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area, Kaduna State, Shuaibu Idris started his early education and later gained admission into the Government Secondary School Birnin Gwari where he obtained his GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate.
He completed Secondary School education in June 1981 and by August of the same year joined the School of General Studies, Bayero University Kano for his ‘A’ Level Certificate ie pre-degree programme.
By 1982 Shuaibu Idris gained admission to read a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the prestigious Bayero University, Kano. He completed the degree programme in 1985 and proceeded to Rivers State, Nigeria for the mandatory National Service. He spent one year with National Oil and Chemicals Marketing Company, now Conoil, as Customer Accounts Officer.
Mr. Bamidele Alimi
Chief Bamidele Abayomi Alimi, a Journalist, Marketer, Communicator and Administrator by training and vocation, Bamidele attended the Advance Management Programme of the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, Lagos (2012), Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University), Ago-Iwoye, where he obtained Masters of Business Administration in 1998. He had earlier attended The Polytechnic, Ibadan, (1983-1988) where he obtained OND & HND in Mass Communication.
This widely travelled professional has over three decades cognate professional experience which has seen him holding very key positions in various organisations in sectors like media, finance, marketing communication, manufacturing, trade promotion, business membership organisation and the service industry.

Bimbola Wright is a transformative and human-centred professional with thirty-three years banking experience in leading financial institutions, over 20 years of which was at senior leadership levels. She is currently an Executive Director with Wright & Co Limited, a management consulting firm based in Lagos.
Her career commenced with NAL Bank Plc (now part of Sterling Bank), from where she moved to Kakawa Discount House which was later acquired by First Bank Holdings to become FBNQuest Merchant Bank.

Dr. Oluseye Awojobi
Oluseye David Awojobi, Ph. D, FCIB, an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School Executive Education (Authentic Leadership Program), is the Registrar/Chief Executive of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He qualified as an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria in 1990 and was elected a fellow of the Institute in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance, Masters Degree in Business Administration and Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Marketing (Entrepreneurship).
He is a seasoned professional banker; an astute scholar; a Life Member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria; Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators as well as that of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
Mr. Isyaku Bala Tilde
Mr. Tilde holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers(CIS) and the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).
Mr. Tilde is currently a Director in the Office of Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC). Prior to this role, Mr. Tilde was the Acting Executive Commissioner (Operations) of SEC and has worked in various Departments of the Commission such as Securities &Investment Services, Monitoring & Investigation, Internal Control, Investment Management, Finance & Accounts and Registration & Exchanges. He has over 30 years working experience in capital market regulation and development.

Mrs. Olayemi Oyeniyi is a seasoned and enthusiastic Human Resources practitioner with excellent administrative and outstanding leadership skill of over twenty-five years of cognate experience. She holds the Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A) in English (1989), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) (2007).
she is also a professionalmember of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) as well as a full member ofthe Chartered institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM).
Mrs. Oyeniyi joined the service of Corporate Affairs Commission in 2001 as a Manager and rose through the ranks to the position of a Director. Prior to her appointment as Director, Human Resources in January 2019, she served in various capacities as Manager (Discipline), Senior Manager (Training), Principal Manager (Welfare), Assistant Director (Welfare Division) and Deputy Director/Head of Welfare Division.
