Mr. Urum Kalu Eke. MFR, F.loD, is a renowned professional and astute Boardroom executive with over four decades of cognate experience in financial services, banking, strategy, auditing, consulting, taxation, process re-engineering, and capital market operations.

He worked at FBN Holdings and its subsidiaries for more than ten (10) years where he held strategic and leadership positions. He joined the Board of First Bank of Nigeria Limited, in 2011 as Executive Director, of Public Sector South, and later became Executive Director, of South before he was elevated to the position of Group Managing of FBN Holdings Plc, on January 1, 2016. Also, he has served on the Boards of First Bank of Nigeria Limited, FBNQuest Merchant Bank Limited, FBNBank United Kingdom and First Pensions Custodian Ltd as a Non-Executive Director. Before joining FBN Holdings, Mr. UK Eke, had worked at Diamond Bank Plc, Deloitte Haskins & Sells International.

Chief Bamidele Abayomi Alimi, a Journalist, Marketer, Communicator and Administrator by training and vocation, Bamidele attended the Advance Management Programme of the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, Lagos (2012), Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University), Ago-Iwoye, where he obtained Masters of Business Administration in 1998. He had earlier attended The Polytechnic, Ibadan, (1983-1988) where he obtained OND & HND in Mass Communication.

This widely travelled professional has over three decades cognate professional experience which has seen him holding very key positions in various organisations in sectors like media, finance, marketing communication, manufacturing, trade promotion, business membership organisation and the service industry.

Bimbola Wright is a transformative and human-centred professional with thirty-three years banking experience in leading financial institutions, over 20 years of which was at senior leadership levels. She is currently an Executive Director with Wright & Co Limited, a management consulting firm based in Lagos.

Her career commenced with NAL Bank Plc (now part of Sterling Bank), from where she moved to Kakawa Discount House which was later acquired by First Bank Holdings to become FBNQuest Merchant Bank.

Mrs. Olayemi Oyeniyi is a seasoned and enthusiastic Human Resources practitioner with excellent administrative and outstanding leadership skill of over twenty-five years of cognate experience. She holds the Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A) in English (1989), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) (2007).

she is also a professionalmember of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) as well as a full member ofthe Chartered institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM).

Mrs. Oyeniyi joined the service of Corporate Affairs Commission in 2001 as a Manager and rose through the ranks to the position of a Director. Prior to her appointment as Director, Human Resources in January 2019, she served in various capacities as Manager (Discipline), Senior Manager (Training), Principal Manager (Welfare), Assistant Director (Welfare Division) and Deputy Director/Head of Welfare Division.
